Yes, I found one this weekend. You have to buy a book (I can't leave a live link yet - go to www.searchenginesales.com ) The book is Search Engine Advertising: Buying Your Way to the Top to Increase Sales (2nd Edition) by Kevin Lee. Be sure to buy a new copy, though. I got mine at Borders this weekend with my 30% off coupon - spent about $25 for it. I haven't read the book, but the $200 Bing credit definitely makes it worth it.

Read the fine print on the link - you'll have to pay the $5 nonrefundable deposit and you probably have to input your credit card info to get it started. And you have to use the credit within 90 days of signing up. Still seems a good deal to me.
