The rules already state that social bookmarking and social networking services are NOT allowed, however some people still don't understand.

No Twitter friend following, tweets, blasts, friend adding, bots, profile creation, etc.
No Facebook announcements, fan pages, groups, etc.
No Youtube views, comments, etc.
No Xrumer or any other "blasting" services.
No Myspace bulletins, announcements, etc.
No Yahoo answers.
This list is not exclusive and would include any similar service on a social website that you don't own but still think you have the right to spam from.

Basically, do not create threads offering to spam from sites from which you don't own or have legal authority.
