My partner approached me the other day about looking to "UPGRADE" and make over his existing Social Network site that he has. He wants to make more money off the social network site he has (Trust me it is a unique idea, there are only MAYBE 3 others on the internet), and I told him he needs to add some more functions and redesign the site as well in order to really be able to get anything done.

So, me and him were going to partner to do these things, and I was going to handle the developmetn, design and marketing, but I have became REALLY busy, and not able to handle the development part of the site any longer.

So what I am wanting to do is split my profit shares with the developer and I will be giving the developer 15-20% of the profits of the sites, if they help with the re-development of the site site.

As I mentioned earlier the site already has over 3000 members signed up that are active, so the oppotunity is there, we just need to upgrade the site as it is really Web 1.0 design and functions. Alot of functions are already written in PHP/mySQL so some of the development work is already done for you.
